A key role within our Finance team is now available for a detail-driven Payroll Administration Specialist with a passion for process improvement and service excellence.
We are seeking a savvy, motivated individual to join us on a full-time basis at our office. This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contributions make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee wages and related company payments.
2. Maintain and update employee records, including salary adjustments and leave balances.
3. Support month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to staff and management regarding payroll matters.
5. Respond to payroll-related enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
* Previous payroll processing experience.
* Strong understanding of payroll procedures and related documentation.
* Experience using payroll systems.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on solutions and process improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
