**What you'll need**
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details),or willing to enrol
- Valid Victorian driver's licence
- Valid Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1, 2 & booster)
**Skills and experience**
- Availability to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 roster model, including awake nights and sleepovers
- You are passionate about supporting young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability
