Insurance Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a professional to handle and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, including corporate house accounts with a focus on the allied health and association sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify prospects and identify suitable insurance solutions in line with client needs and business appetite.
* Respond to and triage inbound warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, digital channels, and existing client networks.
* Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
* Tier 1 accreditation or higher.
* Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products – including financial lines.
* Ability to balance sales drive and service excellence.
* Initiative-taker who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.
