Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture composite components using advanced techniques such as carbon fibre pre-preg layup and vacuum bagging
* Perform lamination tasks with precision and attention to detail
* Operate autoclaves and ovens for curing composite components
* Inspect and test composite parts for quality control
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and manufacture moulds and tooling
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures for composite processes
Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Trade qualification in polymer processing or a related discipline
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in composites manufacturing
* Ability to obtain and clear an NV Level 1 Security Clearance
