An exciting opportunity for an experienced Workforce Planner to support the needs of our growing business.
Responsibilities
* Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdown and project works
* Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
* Review and submit estimates /quotes as per client requests
* Liaise with vendors and raise POs and work orders
* Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Senior Contract Coordinator
* Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant
About You
Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role or similar within the Mining and Resource industry.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Team player and capable of working autonomouslyAbility to work effectively under pressure
