About the Job:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-level technical support to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing technical assistance via the help desk system
2. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network, security, hardware, and software problems remotely
3. Managing Office 365 administrative tasks, including user creation, group management, and shared mailbox setup
4. Administration of Active Directory users/groups
5. Maintaining business computer networks, ensuring optimal performance and security
6. Implementing computer and network security measures and protection protocols
7. Preparing, deploying, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment as required
8. Collaborating with other support staff, escalating complex issues when necessary
