We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our National Panel of Assessors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and recognition of excellence across Australia.

About the Role
As a member of the VOICE National Panel of Assessors, you will:
* Conduct independent assessments and reviews in line with national standards and frameworks.
* Provide expert, evidence-based evaluations to support quality assurance and compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent, and transparent assessment outcomes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake
* Ongoing Support Assessment
* Support Wage Assessments
* Workplace Modifications Assessments
* Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
About You
* You are a highly skilled professional who holds as diploma or higher level qualification in:
* Occupational Therapy
* Physiotherapy
* Exercise Physiology
* Psychology
* Counselling
* Vocational Training
* You will have 2 year minimum experience working with disability employment or related field
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* A commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, and ethical practice
* Availability to travel locally (assessment are conducted onsite)
