As a valued member of our Kanda team, you will:
* Provide hands-on care and guidance to young people in a safe and supportive home environment where young people can grow, learn and thrive.
* Help create and follow individual care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
* Support young people with daily living activities andsupport their understandingof self-care,educationand recreational activities
* Build trusting relationships by offering encouragement, stability,safetyand emotional support
* Keepingaccurateand professional records and documentation.

To join our team,you'll need:
* A current driver's licence (Minimum of a P2)
* A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible to obtain these).
* Have completed, or are willing to enrol in, aCertificateIV orDiplomain a relevant field.
* Experience with young people or in related areas(disability, mental health, aged care, childcare) ispreferred butnotrequiredwe welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
