The Role
We’re seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, athlete-focused environment and is excited about helping individuals at all levels unlock their full athletic potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach small group sessions with a strong emphasis on technique, progression, and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and energetic training environment that reflects MetaStrength’s professional standards
Desirable:
- Assist to deliver sport-specific skills sessions for rugby league athletes (e.g., passing, kicking, tackle technique, decision-making)
