About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey. You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions-first attitude to every interaction – making travel smooth, stress-free, and a little bit special.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Delivering premium, friendly customer service that goes above and beyond
* Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish
* Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
* Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest standards
* Supporting vehicle pick-up and delivery when needed
* Selling rental upgrades and add-ons to meet customer needs
* Keeping the branch clean, professional, and organised
* Pitching in across admin and operations to keep the wheels turning
What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:
* Clear, confident communication and a strong customer focus
* A proactive, can-do approach – especially under pressure
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
* A full, unrestricted driver's licence
* Solid computer skills
* Full Australian working rights
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (weekends included)
