The Role We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships by matching our windows and doors solutions to customer needs. You will also identify new business opportunities to expand market share and profitability. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with the annual windows and doors budget Strengthen G. James’ brand presence in the residential windows and doors market Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to deliver on business objectives Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management Provide professional, responsive customer service to meet project requirements and uphold the G.
