* Servicedesk Operations Specialist
This position involves working closely with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
* Maintain, patch and modify ServiceNow instances as needed
* Support the delivery of enhancements and deployment of new features
* Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges
* Enable, manage and maintain applications via the App Engine
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and test solutions
* Collaborate and provide thought leadership to solve complex technical challenges
* Act as a 'ServiceNow advocate' raising awareness and encouraging further adoption
* Recommend ways to drive increased adoption of ServiceNow solutions
* Maintain high service levels to customers
About You
* Experience in a Servicedesk or ITSM environment
* Strong skills across ITSM CSM and / or HRSD modules
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS development
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to describe Servicedesk best practices
* Excellent communication and customer services skills
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, Servicedesk etc.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
