We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join a market disrupting FinTech. This role is crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance by reviewing and validating complex SQL, SAS, and SSIS codebases used in financial and sustainability reporting.
What you'll do:
Review and validate SQL queries, SAS scripts, and SSIS packages to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Collaborate with IT, data teams, and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support the transformation of raw data into actionable insights for sustainability disclosures.
Document technical processes and data flows clearly to support audits and regulatory reviews.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and contribute to continuous reporting enhancements.
Manage ad hoc projects related to reporting and regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring:
Strong technical expertise in MS SQL Server (T-SQL), SAS (Base and Macro), and SSIS/Visual Studio.
Proven experience reviewing complex codebases within a financial services environment.
Ability to interpret prudential and regulatory reporting standards and translate these into technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial services reporting, ideally with banking exposure.
