Clinical Pharmacist Role
Advanced Pharmacy Australia is seeking highly skilled pharmacists to fill key positions within our pharmacy department.
The successful candidate will be a valued member of the team, undertaking various clinical pharmacy services across multiple specialties including medical, surgical, emergency medicine, intensive care/coronary care, rehabilitation, paediatrics and mental health.
* Clinical Services:
o Medical
o Surgical
o Emergency Medicine
o Intensive Care / Coronary Care
o Rehabilitation
o Paediatrics
o Dispensary / Operations
o Mental Health
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong clinical knowledge. Adaptability and willingness to take on various roles within the pharmacy department are also essential.
Our organisation currently has opportunities available for permanent full-time, permanent part-time (24 hours per week), and casual positions.

Requirements:
* Skills and Qualifications:
o Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification
o Registration with relevant authority
o Strong clinical knowledge and experience
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment
