Osborne Park 4WD is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our team in a senior role.
With our recent appointment as the State Distributor for XTS Trays & Canopies, we're expanding our fitting division and need a skilled operator to take ownership in building and shaping this area of the business.
About the Role
* This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can lead from the front. You'll be responsible for the fitment of a wide range of 4WD accessories, with a strong focus on trays and canopies, while helping to set the standard for quality and efficiency in the workshop.
* Installation of 4WD accessories including trays, canopies, bull bars, suspension, electrical, and more
* Leading and mentoring junior fitters
* Managing workflow and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
* Working closely with management to grow the tray and canopy division
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience with trays and canopies (highly regarded)
* Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
* Leadership skills or the desire to step into a leadership role
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Previous accessory fitting experience is essential
