Role Overview
A highly skilled Engineering Surveyor is required to deliver key infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role involves conducting survey operations, managing project data, and producing technical reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct fieldwork at multiple sites ensuring accurate survey data is collected.
* Manage, store, and maintain project survey data in accordance with industry standards.
* Produce high-quality drawings, sketches, and reports to meet client specifications.
* Oversee costs and ensure survey activities are completed within budget.
* Verify accuracy of survey data and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Collaborate with contract surveyors, engineers, and design consultants to achieve project objectives.
* Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment (Topcon, GPS, etc.).
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Requirements
* Degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience in engineering surveying and management on large-scale projects.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Financial reporting and budgeting experience.
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence and Construction Induction (White/Blue Card).
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Traffic Management Road Signage Awareness (Level I) desirable.
