This role involves working independently and as part of a close-knit team to complete paint jobs, sign off on final colours, maintain spray booths, and perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete paint jobs according to established processes and procedures
* Sign off on final colour, including minor adjustments, to ensure high-quality paint finish
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
* Perform other tasks as directed by leadership
Requirements
* Trade qualification in Spray Painting (essential)
* Experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
* Australian Working rights and valid drivers license
