Job Title: Retail Supervisor
About the Role:
As a Retail Supervisor at Toolstation, you will be the face of our brand, making a fantastic first impression and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is a unique opportunity to grow with our business and become one of our leaders of tomorrow.
You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching them to achieve sales targets. You will also be involved in daily tasks such as checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in their absence and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
* Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining high branch standards.
* Providing exceptional customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
* Making sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
* Maintaining a fun working environment and ensuring excellent product availability.
