We are looking for a customer service superstar, or as we like to call it 'Guest Service Officer' to join our Apollo team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at our branch ready to embark on their road trip. Our guests are our priority, and your aim will be to exceed guests' expectations with amazing service.
**To achieve this, your key duties will include**:
- Acknowledge all guests on arrival: Whether they are arriving back from their holiday or ready to hit the road, always ensure our guests are greeted with a smile
- Vehicle demonstrations: Show and explain the use and features of our campervans and motorhomes (don't worry, we'll teach you all about them!)
- Actively inform our guests about ancillary sales items and strive to achieve branch ancillary sales and conversion targets
- Provide quotes and vehicle demonstrations to potential guests who enquire about hiring a vehicle with us: Show them why a road trip holiday is for them!
- Make sure that all vehicles in the branch are clean and quality controlled.
We don't just sell motorhome holidays; we sell an experience and help our guests' make memories to last a lifetime!
This position is in our **Sydney Rental Branch located at Taren Point and is a casual role.** Given we're in Tourism we are a 7-day operation so, you need to be okay with working weekends and public holidays.
**Your skills and experience**
- Must have full Driver's Licence and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- You go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service
- Good communication skills and a great listener (English isn't the first language for some of our guests)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Good time management
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including over weekends and Public Holidays if required
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Love of road trips is a bonus!
The ability to speak a second language such as French, Chinese, or German will be highly regarded.
