About the Role

The Director of Business Development will drive commercial growth, strategic positioning, and operational performance of the organization by increasing tenancy numbers and retention.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and sector partners to grow market share.
* Lead and mentor a team of Property and Strata Managers, fostering a culture of professionalism and innovation.
* Manage the team's performance and deliver strategic rent roll growth through acquisition and retention, meeting annual targets.
* Support compliance with licensing, professional standards, and regulatory obligations.
* Contribute to the organization's broader strategic planning and provide high-level reporting to the Executive and Board.
