Retail Manager
Saint Valentine Jewellery is looking for an experienced & dynamic Boutique Store Manager to lead a motivated team in our Manly Flagship Store.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment and deeply understands how to deliver excellence for a premium brand.

Key responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth business performance.
* Plan and manage product assortments, inventory levels, and customer service standards in line with brand expectations.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and financial transactions.
* Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and expense controls to achieve financial targets.
* Develop and execute pricing, and marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
* Provide expert guidance to customers on jewellery selection, care, and usage while driving in-store sales.
* Lead promotional activities and coordinate advertising initiatives to increase customer engagement and store visibility.
* Confident with VM and store presentation
* Have strong verbal & written communication skills
* Be a team player – inclusive, reliable, accountable and adaptable
* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional sales team.
* Ensure the store operates in full compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
Experience:
1-year minimum experience as Retail Manager or in a related field.

$77,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
