About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to take on a key customer-facing position within our organisation.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via email and phone.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
2. Communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels, transportation, and distribution across Australia
3. Handling credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation in line with company policies
4. Serving as the primary contact for rural distributors
5. Providing accurate quotes and addressing customer queries
6. Overseeing the end-to-end order fulfilment process
7. Addressing customer complaints promptly
8. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience
We are seeking a team player who is capable of managing competing priorities and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Ideal skills and experience include:
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or logistics
Ability to build relationships with customers and resolve issues effectively
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and efficiency
Experience in wholesale, logistics, or physical goods distribution is advantageous
Knowledge of agricultural and rural products is highly regarded
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is highly regarded
Experience with SAP ERP is desirable
