Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing residential builder delivering high-quality investment homes across South East Queensland. With 160 homes currently delivered per year and strong plans to scale to 300 homes annually by 2027, they are entering a significant growth phase and require an experienced Contract Administrator / Client Liaison to join their team.
The Role This is a dual-function position, offering a balanced mix of client-facing responsibilities and contract administration.
Client & Investor Liaison (approx. 50%)
Managing relationships with investor groups (majority of projects)
Acting as the key communication point throughout the build
Coordinating approvals and providing timely updates
Ensuring a smooth client experience from contract through to handover
Contract Administration (approx. 50%)
Preparing handover packs
Managing contract approvals and documentation
Supporting supervisors across multiple estates
Assisting with estimating-related tasks when required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in residential construction (Contract Administration, Client Liaison or similar)
Strong understanding of contracts, approvals and handover documentation
Excellent stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
A friendly, team-oriented approach
