Responsibilities
* Responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
* Deliver on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
* Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel‐good customer experiences through every interaction.
* Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, drive costs down, and maintain high customer experience and standards.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate direction into action.
* Proven ability to lead, inspire and support a crew to perform at their best every day.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
