The successful applicant will have at least '1 year's previous experience supporting people with complex disabilities and ability to work independently.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in the Disability Sector or related field.
- Ability to work closely with and take direction from the family.
- Physically fit due to nature of the role
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Current Open Queensland Driver's License.
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Yellow Card / Yellow card Exemption (or willing to obtain a Disability Workers Screening Clearance)
- Auslan highly desirable but not required as training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills
**Pay Rates**:
- Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm shift - $38 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8pm - 6am shift - $42.56 per hour
- Saturday - $53.20 per hour
- Sunday - $68.40 per hour
- Public Holidays - $83.60 per hour
- Sleepover allowance $90.00 per shift
