YOUR NEW ROLE As part of the winning Property Law Team reporting to a multi-talented Property Partner (who is also a property developer), you will love the high autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of managing your own conveyancing files from start to finish (predominantly high-end residential developments/off-the plans+ some commercial property). Specifically, you will primarily be:
liaising with clients/solicitors/banks/real estate agents, preparing sale contracts/other property related documents/correspondence, reviewing/negotiating terms of purchase contracts, attending to exchange+ settlement and finalising post-settlement matters including registration;
assist with commercial/retail leases.
If you wish, you will also have the opportunity to expand your skills/experience to assist in cases involving : 1) environmental/planning laws; 2) high-end non-conveyancing property development; 3) property litigation

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are admitted as a solicitor in NSW;
have minimum 2 years (or more) conveyancing experience in residential (including off-the plan developments-ESSENTIAL) and commercial property (preferable);
have a proven success record of running your own conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision;
are super organised, can handle a minimum of 30+ files at any given time, are deadline driven and have excellent communication and people skills;
have high standards of excellence and high attention to detail;
have experience using PEXA (essential)+ LEAP (preferable);
are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
