We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood professional to lead our dynamic team of educators at an innovative childcare centre.
The Opportunity
As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and supportive environment with a dedicated team who share your passion for bringing learning to life. You will inspire young children to reach their full potential by creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, or a condensed week working 4 x 10-hour days. Part-time hours and job sharing options may be considered for the right candidate.
About the Role
* You must be a passionate, ACECQA-approved Diploma-qualified Educator, with experience and understanding of programming.
* You should have a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* You will have proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting.
* You possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and are a team player.
* You will have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
