Chrysalis ELC is operated by Bundaberg Christian College and is a licensed childcare facility providing a Christ-centered education and care program for children from 15 months to school age. Located next to our P-12 campus on Ashfield Road, Chrysalis is a purpose-built, modern and fully air-conditioned facility. Our Centre includes nature-inspired outdoor spaces and intentionally curated indoor learning environments designed to ignite curiosity, wonder, and a love for lifelong learning.
Position: ELC Educator

Tenure: Full-Time position available.
Chrysalis ELC supports sector-wide efforts to attract and retain quality early childhood educators. We are committed to participating in government-funded wage support initiatives, including the ECEC Worker Retention Payment Grant, to ensure our staff are recognised and fairly remunerated.
Hours: Up to 38 hours/week.
The successful applicants will require a minimum Certificate III in Childcare qualification (or studying towards).

Applicants who demonstrate an active Biblical faith that aligns with the College’s Statement of Faith, currently being expressed in a Christian Church, are invited to apply.
