Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A doctoral or master qualification in a discipline relevant to nursing.
* Current registration (without condition) as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated professional experience and practice in nursing.
* A track record of delivering engaging, student-focused teaching that fosters critical thinking, clinical competence, and positive learning outcomes.
* Demonstrated research experience with potential for collaboration, industry engagement, and attracting external funding.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to integrity, inclusion, and teamwork.
