Job Title: Crisis Management Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled team lead to manage our crisis response service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in providing high-quality risk assessment, advocacy, and support to vulnerable individuals and families.
The role requires a strong understanding of child protection, placement, and support services, as well as experience working in a crisis-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a high-risk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering crisis response services
* Provide day-to-day support, advice, and coaching to team members
* Monitor performance targets, outcomes, and quality standards
* Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with legislative and policy requirements
Requirements:
* Highly developed skills in risk assessment and crisis management
* Extensive operational experience working in child protection, placement, and support services
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic and crisis-driven environment
