Hospital Pharmacist Position
This permanent part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hospital experience while maintaining flexibility during the week. Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently and effectively dispense and distribute medication for patients in the hospital and for those being discharged.
* Prepare and provide discharge medication summaries.
* Offer medication counselling and education to patients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide advice on patient care.
* Process imprest medication orders for use in the hospital.
About You:
* General Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Relevant Australian or New Zealand pharmacy experience.
* Ability to manage your own workload with good communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of health professionals.
* Passion for building on your clinical skills and knowledge.
