IT support, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT consulting
is seeking an experienced
Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineer
. You'll support a diverse client base from SMB to corporate, working across cloud, infrastructure, security, and projects.
About the Reporting Manager:
You'll work with a supportive, approachable manager who encourages questions, fosters idea-sharing, backs your growth, provides the resources you need, and takes pride in helping the team succeed both professionally and personally.
What You'll Do
* Provide escalated L2/L3 support across a large MSP client portfolio
* Administer and maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems
* Support and mentor L1/L2 engineers; act as escalation and on-call resource
* Manage patching, backups, monitoring, AV/EDR, and infrastructure health
* Deliver infrastructure projects, client onboardings, audits, and improvements
* Participate in rotational after-hours on-call and client site visits (VIC, occasional interstate)

AZ-104 or MS-102

About You
* 2–3+ years' experience in a
Level 2/3 MSP Service Desk role
* Strong client communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in multi-site, multi-domain environments
* ITIL Foundation, tertiary IT qualification, industry certifications
* Full driver's licence & own vehicle
* Australian citizen or valid long-term visa
