About the Role
As Sales Support, you will assist with the full sales process—from initial enquiry to order completion. You’ll build strong relationships with dealers and customers, manage quotes and orders, and keep customer information up to date in our CRM. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about helping customers.
What You’ll Do
* Achieve sales targets aligned with the Sales Team’s objectives
* Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships
* Manage enquiries, quotes, orders and general sales administration
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
* Assist with field days, promotional events and sales activities
* Promote the Rapid Plas brand and products, demonstrating the value they bring to dealer businesses
* Provide consistent, friendly and professional customer service
* Follow up with customers to maintain long-term relationships
