Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gold Coast, QLD, for a Cadet Commercial Agent. Responsibilities include assisting with property sales, leasing, and management; building and maintaining client relationships; conducting market research to identify opportunities; supporting negotiations for transactions; and delivering exceptional customer service. As a cadet role, training will be provided to support professional growth in the field of commercial real estate.

Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skills or interest in Sales and Real Estate
Research skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
