The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Bookings Associate / Analyst to join a collaborative team of four within a high-volume trading environment.
You'll gain end-to-end exposure across the full trade lifecycle, with a focus on equity, options (ETO), and FX bookings. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll be a key member of the team - working hands-on while supporting and guiding colleagues as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
• Accurately capture, process, and confirm client trades, ensuring compliance with ASX regulations and internal policies.
• Reconcile daily trade activity, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Liaise directly with advisers, brokers, and internal teams to confirm, amend, and settle trades.
• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across equities, ETOs, and FX products, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with upcoming technology upgrades within operations.
• Provide exceptional service, ensuring advisers are kept informed and supported throughout trade and settlement processes.
About You
• Experienced Equity Bookings Associate / Analyst or similar background within stockbroking, trading, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of trade bookings and reconciliations, ideally across equities, ETO, and FX products.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, especially during peak trading hours.
• Adviser-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising across all stakeholder levels, including front and middle office.
• A strong relationship builder - approachable, collaborative, and proactive in communication.
