Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
* A higher school certificate or TAFE qualification
