Atlassian's Mid-Market sales team is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-sized customers.
This involves identifying cloud-first sales opportunities, cross-selling, user expansion opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
You will also serve as a strong advocate for our customers by providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams.
This feedback will contribute to the enhancement of our customer experience.
All these responsibilities will be carried out in close collaboration with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans geared towards maximizing expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment
* Prospect and qualify leads within the defined mid-market customer segment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable solutions
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients
* Present contracts, pricing, and terms with mid-market clients
* Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction
* Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the mid-market segment
* Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, conferences, and gatherings as required
