About the Role
This role plays a key part in leading, planning, and developing building renewal programs and delivering timely, high-quality building maintenance projects across Shire building assets. You will ensure that buildings are safe, compliant, and fit for use while working within allocated budgets.
Key Responsibilities
* To plan for and develop future building renewal programs
* Deliver minor building maintenance projects and programs
Requirements
You have proven experience in building maintenance or construction, including project management or building qualifications. You bring strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, along with project scoping, planning, and delivery experience.
