We are seeking Peer Group Hosts to help bring these meet-ups to life in local communities. As a host, you don't need to be an expert just a mum with lived experience and a warm, welcoming presence.
You'll help create a relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable to chat, connect, and belong.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and introduce attendees at each monthly meet-up
* Encourage inclusive conversation and ensure everyone feels heard
* Keep the group atmosphere supportive, safe, and judgment-free
* Share any updates, resources, or materials provided by the organisation
* Provide feedback after sessions to help us improve
What We're Looking For
* A mother of a neurodivergent child (autism, ADHD, PDA, learning differences, etc.)
* Friendly, approachable, and a good listener
* Comfortable hosting small groups in a casual café or community setting
* Reliable and able to commit to one or two sessions per month (usually on Fridays in school hours)
What You'll Gain
* A chance to connect with and support other mums on similar journeys
* Training, guidance, and ongoing support from our team
* peer support experience you can add to your CV
* Free coffee and resources at each session
* The satisfaction of building stronger, more connected communities
