Job Description
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our On Premise Draught Quality Team. As a Beer Systems Technician, you will play an important role in enabling our customers to deliver superior draught quality experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include implementing proactive support and training for customers, servicing key accounts by responding to reactive calls, and diagnosing customer beer system issues over the phone or video call.
* A high level of motivation with strong time management, prioritisation and planning skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A trades background in refrigeration, plumbing or mechanical would be ideal
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need current driver's license and be ready for travel including nights away from home.
