About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP) to join a dynamic team for a 12-month contract role. This position offers a hybrid working model. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your Business Analysis skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment, where you will support payroll solution implementations while ensuring the system meets business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll systems. Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. Support the full-cycle implementation of payroll solutions, including tax calculations, deductions, pay groups, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations and ensure payroll accuracy. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other business systems. Participate in the preparation of training materials and user documentation to support end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for payroll and HR systems. Engage with cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall project methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope. Technical & Functional Skills: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll system implementations. Hands-on experience in implementing payroll solutions, including at least one full-cycle payroll project. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, pay groups, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws. Business Analysis & Project Management Skills: Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience working in agile or waterfall project methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions during system implementation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively at all levels (from business users to technical teams). Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
