Seafolly is seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to lead and oversee all domestic and international shipping operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring that products are dispatched accurately, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include managing carrier relationships, coordinating freight, ensuring compliance with shipping documentation, supervising warehouse dispatch activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support overall business performance.
This is a full-time position based in our Alexandria Support Centre, operating on a hybrid working model.

You will
* Oversee daily domestic and international shipping and logistics operations, including freight coordination and transport scheduling
* Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
* Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays, damages, and delivery issues proactively
* Collaborate closely with inventory, 3PL warehouse, and production teams to support effective order fulfilment
* Analyse freight spend, maintain key KPIs (DIFOT, lead times, claims), and drive cost‐saving and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support and optimise systems (WMS, ERP) while maintaining SOPs and conducting regular audits of shipping accuracy and invoices
* Manage stakeholder relationships, lead Distribution Coordinators, and ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and WHS standards
You have
* 3–5+ years' experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
* Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, including Incoterms, customs processes, and export documentation
* Proven experience managing carrier and freight forwarder relationships
* Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and freight management systems
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes, with exposure to international freight and customs compliance highly regarded
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills, with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and leadership capability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
