About the Position:
* Contract Governance: Interpret and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with risk and insurance requirements.
* Financial Oversight: Oversee cost forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and payment processes to maintain legislative adherence.
* Procurement & Tendering: Analyse tenders, liaise with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage purchasing activities to drive efficiency.
* Project Support: Manage administrative tasks, document control, and support systems to enhance productivity.
* Compliance & Improvement: Ensure adherence to policies and legislation while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications or extensive experience in contract/project administration within a principal contractor environment.
