Arabic language skills are highly regarded due to the diverse customer base in this location. About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, helping them select pieces that suit their style, space and lifestyle. This is a consultative sales role where product knowledge, listening skills and relationship-building are key. You will work within a supportive showroom environment while being motivated to achieve strong individual sales results. Weekend availability is essential, as this is when the showroom experiences its highest traffic. Key Responsibilities Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience for every customer entering the showroom Build strong relationships with customers and confidently guide them through high-value purchases Maintain excellent product knowledge across the range of furniture and interior styles Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales targets Ensure the showroom presentation reflects the brand's premium standards Follow up customer enquiries and nurture ongoing client relationships What We're Looking For Proven retail or showroom sales experience, ideally within high-ticket items (furniture, bedding, jewellery, automotive, luxury goods or similar) A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a diverse customer base Arabic language skills highly regarded Strong closing skills and a genuine passion for sales A polished, professional approach to customer service Availability to work weekends What's on Offer Base salary circa $60,000 - $65,000 super Lucrative, uncapped commission structure The opportunity to earn significantly above base salary through performance Ongoing product training and development Career progression opportunities within a growing national retailer Supportive and motivated showroom team environment If you are a driven sales professional who enjoys working with customers on meaningful purchases and thrives in a high-performing retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
