**About Us**
Our client is a national engineering consultancy company with expertise across multiple disciplines, delivering comprehensive services and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of the development, property, and urban infrastructure sectors. They are currently looking for a Structural Team Leader to join their team in Adelaide.
**About the role**:
- Responsible for managing the technical performance of the Structural Engineering team.
- Take charge of overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of structural projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the office and across the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency within the team.
- Provide technical leadership within the team, valuable guidance and support to junior engineers, offering mentorship and effectively resolving any challenges.
- Play a key role in business development and client relations, establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, promoting loyalty and actively exploring opportunities for cross-selling.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management.
**Skills and Experience:
- Degree or above in structural engineering.
- Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering consultancy design.
- Demonstrate a strong background in commercial building structural engineering design within Australia.
- Have specific experience working in Adelaide.
- A proven track record of successful project management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with builders, architects, and clients.
