Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, spanning from Ingham in the North to Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West, and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.
About the Role:
At St Mary MacKillop Early Learning Centre in Rasmussen, we provide a nurturing, creative, and engaging environment dedicated to the youngest members of our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Assistant Educator to join us on a permanent part-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, supportive space where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. You'll be supported by experienced and qualified leaders who are passionate about inspiring and empowering our welcoming team.

What We're Looking For:
* Currently studying, enrolled, or have completed a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA equivalent qualification) — or are willing to enroll
* A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain these certifications
