You have:
* An interest in gaining or already have 2+ years experience in the aged care or disability space
* A genuine passion for care work and can communicate effectively and listen attentively
* An adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
* A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
* Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
* National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
* Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates are highly regarded
* Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module preferred for NDIS support worker roles
* Current Drivers Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured
* Completed online Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training
* Previous employment in disability or aged care support work preferred
* Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare
