4 Car-O-Liner benches with state-of-the-art computerized measuring systems
Car-O-Liner spot welders and MIG welders
3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays featuring advanced infrared technology

The Role: Customer Service Officer
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
Greet customers upon arrival
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service
Manage communication via phone and emailAssist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates
About You
Previous experience in a customer service role
Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships
Proficient in computer systems and communication tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
A team player who works effectively with others
