About the role: You'll support procurement, supply planning, and market analysis, helping turn data into actionable insights.
This role involves managing suppliers, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: Compile and review global publication data to support pricing team decisions.
Collate and catalogue weekly publication data to maintain pricing history for Urea and DAP, provide formula pricing models for the Commercial Team, and deliver insights to Senior Management.
Manage and distribute Inventory Risk reporting and connect the global team to Australian industry publication information.
Manage procurement of Trace Elements, Liquid Additions, and Packaging products in line with the Procurement strategy.
Identify potential new suppliers and work with the Supply Chain Manager to assess commercial viability.
Communicate price and availability changes to the GM Trading to support timely pricing decisions.
Oversee supply planning requirements for Minor / Trace Elements and Packaging.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate supplier meetings as required.
Collaborate with Commercial Regional Sales Managers to ensure product quality aligns with market needs.
Maintain the forecasting tool (SAP Analytics Cloud – SAC) and manage the monthly forecast process.
Review and communicate forecast accuracy to Trading and Commercial teams.
Contribute to monthly Sales Review Meetings and build Sales/Purchase budget templates and processes in SAC.
Monitor and manage physical inventory positions across plants using the Position Management Tool (PMT).
Maintain supply plans for Minor / Trace Elements and other products within PMT.
Process data flows from SAC into PMT, including loading the demand plan.
Provide support to the Trading team, including covering leave for the Logistics
