Great career opportunity to complete a 4‐year apprenticeship in Horticulture (Parks and Gardens) Certificate III.
During the apprenticeship you will learn all aspects of garden and lawn maintenance. Responsibilities include mowing lawns (both ride‐on and push mowers), edging, planting, hedging, pruning, identifying soils and plants, irrigation systems, new garden installation and related duties.
The work location is metro Sydney, including inner west, lower north shore, Concord, Surry Hills, Ryde, north shore and inner west. Upon completion, there are opportunities for a Team Leader role.
Requirements: Driver's licence, own transport, white card, fit for physical work. The apprenticeship includes 3 years at TAFE.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with some overtime possible.
